There are five basic steps for Counselling :-
- Realization that you have a problem.
- Desire to solve that problem.
- Commitment to give up undesirable responses and do the home work told by the counsellor . This requires for a goal to be achieved within a reasonable length of time.
- Faith in the counsellor,who will help you to get rid of the problem.
- Confidentiality that whatever you discuss with the counsellor that will be highly confidential.
